Common Questions
Everything you need to know about Bike Transport in Pune
How is my bike packed for long-distance transport? +
We use our signature 4-Layer Magic Packing. This includes a first layer of bubble wrap for scratch prevention, a second layer of foam sheets for impact cushioning, a third layer of heavy corrugated paper, and a final layer of high-quality stretch film to keep moisture and dust away.
What documents are required for bike shifting? +
You need to provide clear photocopies of your Registration Certificate (RC), Valid Insurance Policy, and a Government ID Proof (Aadhar or PAN card). We do not require original documents during transit.
Is my bike insured during transit? +
Yes! As a sister concern of Pune Car Carrier, we offer comprehensive transit insurance. This covers any unforeseen damage or loss during the journey. The insurance value is calculated based on the current IDV (Insured Declared Value) of your vehicle.
How much petrol should I keep in the tank? +
For safety reasons mandated by transport authorities, your petrol tank must be almost empty. We recommend keeping only 1 to 2 liters of fuel—just enough to ride the bike to and from our loading point.
Can I track my bike during the move? +
Absolutely. We provide regular updates via WhatsApp and phone. Our support team, led by Vikram Rathod, is available to give you the exact location of the carrier vehicle at any time.
Do you offer door-to-door pickup and delivery? +
Yes, we provide doorstep pickup from all areas of Pune (Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Chakan, etc.) and deliver directly to your specific address in any city across India.
